A crispy December Friday found us at Campbell Valley Park. The birds were more than willing to eat out of our hands that day and swarmed around us to get their treats. It was a perfect day to explore the trais on the south side lower part of the valley just below the heritage school building that you can see in the center of the meadow. Mosses abundant on the trees in this darker more dense part of the park. This trail makes for great mushroom identification in Fall!!!
